In charge of the implementation and monitoring of the "Empowerment Project" towards local organizations in sub-Saharan Africa:
-Support local organizations in their structuration, autonomisation and programmes' deployment
-Create, prepare and organize capacity building trainings for these organizations on different subjects such as communication, resource mobilization, advocacy,...
- Develop tools, processes for the Programme
- Ensure the reporting (proposals, intermediate and final report)
-Communicate about the programme

Also in charge of the political, social and economical monitoring of the countries supported, especially Niger, Côte d'Ivoire, République du Congo, République Démocratique du Congo, Burkina Faso.

In charge of supporting the Health Minister in the maternal, child and youth health implementation ; contributing to public policies and strategies linked to child, maternal and youth health, I am working directly with the Health Minister as well as the United Nations agencies and development partners.

My work is focused on the definition of a specific plan for child, maternal and youth health in Senegal. Therefore, I support the Health Minister in the revision and the necessary updates of directives and training tools linked to maternal, child and youth health, as well as in training organization and capacities building at all levels of the health pyramid.

Monitoring of health system, diseases, health security and emergencies in collaboration with the different clusters and focal point in order to follow up the key indicators linked to interventions in child, maternal and youth health.

Finally, I am also working on the monitoring and evaluation of maternal, child and youth health policies, strategies and programs, including achieved results.

In charge of the implementation and monitoring of the financial funds' support to civil society initiatives, Projects for Civil Societies and Coalitions of Actors (PISCCA), as well as civil society's monitoring in Ivory Coast:
-Support and advice to local NGOs and organizations funded by French cooperation
-Launch call for projects and examination of the files
-Prepare and organize selection committee and civil society pole
-Support, advice and train in project development for local NGOs and organizations
-Monitor and evaluate the current funded projects through field visits
-Communicate about the PISCCA.

Monitor civil society issues for the French Embassy in regards with the Debt Reduction-Development Contract (C2D) as well as coordinate the funds on this field with the other donors (French Development Agency, European Union).

In charge of French Red Cross projects' monitoring and reporting in Cameroon. Working closely with the project teams and the program coordinator. Providing support to project managers in the implementation and qualitative monitoring of the projects as well as external and internal reporting, planning new projects according to our strategy in the country, implementing the capitalisation process.

Assisted the Regional Managers and Field Delegations (DRC, CAR, Cameroon, Congo, and the Regional Plateform of Intervention based in La Réunion but active in Madagascar, Mozambique, Comores, and Mauritius).
Participated in all stages of program management; including:
- Administrative/Finance/Logistics tasks
- Geogstrategic concept note on Central Africa
- Grants management/Reporting/Strategic planning
- Capitalisation/Knowledge Management

Providing legal, reputational and societal risk analysis for companies, writing analysis on Human Rights and international conventions, contributing to analyze Environmental, Societal, Governance companies' impacts.
Plus, in charge of a specific research work on Corporate Social/Societal Responsability as well as monitoring on Corporate Social Responsability, Human Rights, and sustainable development.

- Promotion du service au sein de l'UNESCO
- Tâches liées au service de gestion des savoirs (organisation d'événements interne pour le partage de connaissances, participation à des cercles de qualité, rédaction d'articles sur les différents meetings, ...)
