Lead for reporting and analysis: Political affairs, Economics (Micro and micro facts and trends, Trade, Investments), International affairs (Regional integration, EU-Cuba and US-Cuba relations), and support for Human Rights and CSOs affairs.

Lead for cultural affairs: cultural diplomacy, organization of cultural events (EU Film Festival, EU literary days)

Lead on the ground for the implementation of the EU-Cuba Political Dialogue and Cooperation Agreement (signed in December 2016, entered into provisional application in November 2017)

Coordination work of EU positions on the ground: chair of EU Economic and Trade working group, chair of Culture working group, secretariat of Heads of Mission working group, organization of joint démarches with Cuban authorities.

Preparation of high-level political visits from headquarters (programmes, briefs, analysis, logistics): High Representative/Vice President of the Commission, Commissioner for Development, Special Envoy for Human Rights, European Parliament, European Investment Bank, European Economic and Social Committee, etc.
