Sciences Po Bordeaux is one of ten French Institutes of Political Studies. Created in 1948, it now has more than 2,300 students of all statuses. The Bordeaux establishment is located in the heart of an exceptional university site, the Pessac-Talence-Gradignan campus, 20 minutes from the center of Bordeaux. A public higher education establishment of an administrative nature, it is associated by agreement with the University of Bordeaux. He is a member of the Conference of Grandes Écoles and the Territorial Cooperation Convention of Nouvelle-Aquitaine.

Created in 1969, the University of Quebec at Chicoutimi has nearly 60,000 people in its large family of graduates. Every year, it welcomes 6,500 students on its main campus and in its study centres, 1,000 of whom come from around 50 countries around the world. The competence and expertise of its professors, combined with the commitment of its students, allow UQAC to ensure the development of its research niches and to shine throughout the world.

Le Grand dialogue is a regional movement for the socio-ecological transition in Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, which aims to mobilize the entire population to co-construct a roadmap for the transition in the region. With more than $1M in funding, it is the most funded regional transition movement in Quebec.

The Political branch is the branch of the Grand Dialogue that aims to think about and implement non-partisan political initiatives. As coordinator of the branch, I had to revive the committee by remobilizing the citizens. Among the objectives of the mandate, it was a question of producing a guide to political actions for the transition on the eve of the Quebec provincial elections of October 2022, citizen portraits, and promoting the creation of a regional governance body, including the civil society. As part of this internship, I also produced a dissertation on mobilizing communication and environmental communication.

CRISE is a $1.2M fund majority owned by MAGE-UQAC. The corporation's mission is to promote, encourage and develop research and development activities and programs in the sciences, technologies, subjects and disciplines taught at UQAC. Also, and in a non-exhaustive way, its mission is to use its resources for socio-economic, socio-cultural initiatives for students, and to promote, foster and develop the integration of UQAC students into employment.

The MAGE-UQAC represents:
- 6600 students represented, from 50 different nations
- A coffee shop and convenient store, a cafeteria, a Bar, a caterer, a reprography; on the campus
- 20 permanent employees and 80 student jobs
- 2.5 million dollars in annual turnover
- $3.5 million budget
- 25 modular associations, 3 community associations and 5 clubs

My main roles within the organization:

- Coordination of the activities of MAGE-UQAC and its services
- Follow-up with permanent employees and members of the executive committee
- Media representative of the organization and the student community
- Collaboration with the human resources coordination for the attraction and retention of talents (in particular for the general management and the political attaché)
- In collaboration with general management and human resources coordination, in charge of instilling an organizational culture centered around values ​​dear to the organization
- Implementation of ambitious projects and initiatives aimed at promoting the student community of UQAC and MAGE-UQAC
- Representation of the student community with federal and provincial government politicians

The UQAC Foundation is a non-profit organization whose mission is to support the study projects, research and creation of students and professors, as well as the development of the infrastructure that welcomes them. It also contributes to the accessibility of studies. FUQAC represents:
- $ 400,000 invested per year
- More than 20 projects per year
- $ 21M invested since its creation

For more than 20 years, the Center d'entrepreneurship et d'essaimage de l'Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, a university business center, has pursued its mission of promoting entrepreneurship and supporting business creation in communities. university and college in Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean. Whether it is to carry out a market study or undertake a business plan, the CEE-UQAC supports future entrepreneurs in their entrepreneurial projects. In addition, the Center promotes technology and knowledge transfer and collaborates in the business development of SMEs.

The CEE-UQAC represents:
- 701 jobs created
- 115 businesses started
- 143 conferences
- 168 workshops
- 213+ entrepreneurial chronicles

MAGE-UQAC is the student association representing all of the some 6,600 students at the University of Quebec in Chicoutimi (UQAC). The association contains 25 associations, 4 divisions for 80 jobs.

As general secretary, my role is to ensure the proper functioning of the executive committee and the main bodies of MAGE-UQAC, namely the boards of directors, the central councils and the general assemblies. In particular, I plan and prepare the meetings of the executive committee as well as those of the central council. I am responsible for the document management. I am also an executive director on the board of directors of the organization.

I revised the entire regulatory texts of the organization, wrote an inclusive version to promote Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and carried out a census of associations and clubs.

During my mandate, the studio tripled its floor area and we redesigned it while making sure the computers and the network work fully.
